Parkland Elementary School

Park Trails Elementary School – Yet another A rated school in Parkland FL

  • This top rated elementary school provides free break fast and a $2 lunch menu.

  • Their after school program is run by ASP featured on their homepage.

Park Trails Elementary is almost in the center of Parkland located across from Pine Trails Park.

It is yet another shining example of why people move to this city. This school is also an A rated school. In fact, the new principal at this school helped opened Riverglades Elementary 25 years ago.

Test scores at this school are far above the state average, suggesting that most students at this school are performing at or above grade level.

The lunch menu is handled by Broward County. Food and Nutrition Services offer variety and well-balanced nutritious meals at a low cost. School lunches provide an assortment of foods including daily meal salads and fresh fruit.

School meals are healthy, meeting the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. By choosing lunch at school, students learn to make healthy choices, reinforcing nutrition education taught in the classroom.

Delicious breakfasts are served daily in all Broward County Public schools. I would highly suggest packing your childs lunch. Its pretty awful.

They also have an after school program. ASP is in charge of that.
